Lets just pretend this little hiatus never happened and  jump right back into blogging.

It’s the end of February and I know March is going  to fly by just as quickly. I’ve got applications to prepare, shows to prepare for, and of dreams to make reality.

On the upside, I’m feeling okay about it all. These last few months in the studio have been full of growth, full of steps in a direction I want to go. My thesis went from jumble of thoughts in my head to an actual document I can be proud of and stand behind.

I know the next few months are going to be intense, but with the foundation I’ve been building this year, I’m ready for it. I’m going to either receive the biggest opportunities of my career so far, or the biggest rejections I’ve ever faced.

No matter what I’m ready to jump in with both feet.

2014, 22″h x 10″w x 10″d                                    This is one of the first sculptures I made when I went to Uwaterloo in 2014. Its neat to see how far I’ve come but how similar my work still is. I cant wait to see how it continues to change.
